Ask a friendly pharmacist.

Every foreigner who has spent time in a local pharmacy has thought about this, I'm sure.

As I understand it, it's near impossible to get for a foreigner.

For an export license you need:

- A Company

- Import/Export smart card from the Customs Authority

Once you have those, For sensitive products you will need corresponsing export licenses from Thai authorities, in this case this will probably be ministry of Health and ministry of Commerce.

I would imagine it won't be difficult to get over the counter phamaceutical products export overseas, probably harder to get permit from the importing country. On the other hand, presciption drugs will be much harder having go through the department of health's FDA to get approval which will require extensive paper work. time, and money.

If you are taking on the worlds largest and most profitable cartel - The pharmaceutical Industry - I can only wish you the best of luck. You are going to need it.
