I guess they've just started enforcing the rule because lower Suk used to be humming late every night, no exceptions, till about a month ago. It's funny to see the place deserted like last night. I'll wager though that it all starts to slip (like the no shisha law) in about a month. It'll take more than an army to keep Bkk from doing what it does best.
