The Trust Condo

Featured Replies

Recently passing it by during the evening, it seemed like 90% or more of the rooms where unlit, although the condo seems finished and there's an office sales sign outside.

Anyone here knows what's the state of this project? is it really that vacant or have I just seen it on a bad day?

Cheers

Last news I had about The Trust South Pattaya was it was due for completion "mid 2015"

So I am not even sure if there are already people living inside today ??

The same as the Unix at the top of thappraya Rd. 3 lights on out of 700 rooms. ???

With all the Buildings being built, will they ever Fill Them, I can't see it, maybe with Thai's but heavily discounted, any Speculators

The trust was delivered about 3 weeks ago.

similar story with The Chez condo in Soi Yume which has no more than two or three condos lit up at night

Unixx is well set for completion. Look how many workers there are every day.

I've seen laundry on the balconies of Trust units so presumably there are people living there. Also quite a lot of coming and going in the car park.

I suspect that most units were bought by Thais either for weekend/holiday/flooding use or as "investments" and in both cases actual permanent occupancy may not be common.
