I live in Bangkok and have place in Hau Hin. Cannot find enough info on my bill to pay electric bill online. Help will be appreciated

BKK Bank even has ScanToPay, point your camera at the barcode on the bill and it gets paid, great. Sadly doesn't work with all bills.
