Its unclear whether he is a tourist or staying here longer term, the OP states that this was not the first confrontational incident he had been involved in but the worst so far, if he is a short timer he's certainly keeping himself busy. He is clearly some sort of "nutter", If he has previously been diagnosed as such back in the UK. and is on medication, he should never have been allowed to travel in the first place , he should have had his passport cancelled automatically, been tagged, and confined to his house or some secure accommodation back in the UK . He would need supervision too as these types cannot be trusted to take their medication, If on the other hand he is just a wrong'un ? Well all of the above should still apply possibly without the medication. Tourist or Expat nobody would object to his deportation, and for the benefit of others he should be put on a non-stop flight and heavily sedated and all at his own expense No need for Thailand to blacklist him a full travel ban is needed Why is it that these psychos are always allowed to misbehave many times before they are dealt with?
