Finnish Embassy in Bangkok has moved

BANGKOK: -- The Embassy of Finland in Bangkok moved on 29 June to a new location on Wireless Road. The embassy was previously located on the 16th floor in the Amarin Tower on Ploenchit road.


The new address is

Athenee Tower, 14th Floor
63 Wireless Road (Witthayu)
Lumpini, Pathumwan
Bangkok 10330

The phone number is unchanged +66 2207 8700 as well as the email [email protected] and Post Box address at G.P.O. Box 295, Bangkok 10501

There's a system in use at the Athanee Tower I'd never seen before: You must collect a visitor pass downstairs and use that pass at the kiosks next to the elevators to hail one. Got me baffled at first.

On the positive note, the embassy now accepts cash, no need to walk to a bank anymore.
