Where can I rent a bicycle?

Featured Replies

Where can I rent a bicycle for a few weeks for a reasonable, not ridiculous price?

There's as many bicycle rental shops in Chiang Mai as coffee shops. Just walk down any street in the old city or any of the tourist areas. Most are 50 baht a day or 200 baht a week. Some do monthly for 500 baht.

I have only had friends rent bicycles, but it seems a very easy and uncomplicated process.

Is it possible to rent one for 500 baht per month? Is Samui in a touristy area when I asked them how much it was they said something like 150 baht per day. And they even tried to convince me it was a great deal because "you don't need gas for it like you do for a motorbike". Unbelievable.

They're out of town, at the junction of canal road & Samoeng road.

Thank you but for that price, if not cheaper, I can rent a motorbike.

May live longer if you use a bicycle. Better exercise.

This shop would be my advise as well to rent a proper bike.

They are no longer on the corner but moved to a shophouse, form the corner about 1.5 KM on Samoeng Road at the right hand side.

Just watch out for drunk university students driving pickip trucks........
