Thai Comsumer/Omnibus Agency

Does anybody know the website, email, phone number of that Office/Agency in Thailand that takes complaints and helps, when shops or other business, do not provide the honesty or service needed.

I have seen it here on TV mentioned a few times, but can not find it, now I might need it.

Previous threads on TV mentioned that just the threat of going to them solved a problem (because smaller businesses are not tax paying)

I would like to contact them for an issue I have.

Also does you or your girlfriend/wife know what the agency is called in Thai.

I would love to know the Thai name and Thai writing for that agency.
