Hi!

I'm new here and I need help. I'm working in Thailand for almost 10 years and I decided to bring my two kids with me for almost 2 years now. Their ages are 12 and 13 years old.

My question is, my older son will turn 14 this coming October and he still has no visa. So I would like to know is what is the actual age a child must be to have a visa (Non-o) to avoid such a penalty of over staying.

All foreign children must have a proper visa/extension of stay.

Although there is no penalty for children under 15 years old.

Those under the age of 15 is based upon the civil code that limits the punishment for minors
