Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse it promptly does. The U.S not a party to the results of IAEA inspections. What do you get if you cross a jackass with an ostrich? Well I think we know the answer to that one.

“The Administration promised a transparent review process that would allow Americans and their elected representatives to assess the deal for themselves, but as it turns out, that was just utter bullsh**,” the source added. “The Administration signed off on an agreement that included a series of Iranian Eastern eggs, including secret deals regarding the possible military dimensions of Tehran’s nuclear program, to which Congress and the public are not privy.”

The rightwing media are drumming up again as there is nothing new here.

It was reported in MSM more than two weeks ago that Americans and Canadians are not on the IAEA inspection teams. The IAEA will report its findings to Ottawa and Washington instead, not to mention the reports to each from governments in UK, France, Germany. Not to mention the 'unofficial' Americans who might be in Iran on their own. And 'unofficial' nationals of other US allies that might enter Iran.

There is a sensitive balance in the international community between the sovereignty of a nation and the extent to which the international community can impose itself in the name of international law and order. This Agreement overrides significant and extensive aspects of Iran's sovereignty and that is good news. No one trusts Iran.

Meanwhile however the right keeps beating the drums of war.

Thanks for that but some of us already knew the pronunciation if not from broadcast reports, then to some direct competitive connection of the distant past.

Presidents have charged uphill many times before this one to succeed.

Wilson got his League of Nations even without the USA as a member then FDR gave us the United Nations which supports this treaty.

Lincoln saved the Union though to this day not everyone in the USA appreciates the fact.

President Kennedy stared down the Soviet Russians in the Cuban Missile Crisis until Moscow blinked.

One could go on. Then there is the disinformation on it from the right which is not only emboldened to continue it but eager to carry it on.

(Actually KWIN-uh-PEE-ack wink.png )
