Hi All,

I actually see him doing a speech that was broadcasted on CNN on Tuesdaynight.

He was talking about the insurgents in the South and told that the reason for terrorism is because those people not go to school and are stupid.

Yes that is what I heard him saying.

I only catched the last 15 seconds of his speech where he told that, but for sure there was a speech made by Thaksin and it was broadcasted by CNN.
