July 30, 201510 yr Foreigner on extensions buys a car on the drip, Pays say over 5 years. VAT is added on the loan and receives statement each month clearly stating VAT. Is it possible as a Foreigner to claim this back at the airport...If so how?

In your case; with 5 year extension unlikely you qualify for it. A lease/credit company is not signed up for the scheme as it is not a shop. The car does not leave Thailand.
