maths for what i a can hardly afford a chang these days

heres some maths back in 2009 i could book a room patong for 250 baht everything inside tv and fridge and all the good stuff .

went back to the same place last year and they changed ownership now its 700 baht in low season no ifs or butts about it.

maths in thailand isnt hard just know its a bloddy rip off

Perhaps with your lack of funds you should not have gone to one of the most expensive places in the country. Perhaps Laos or Cambodia is more suitable to your budget.

who can affor 700 baht for a room? thats 4900 a week and they hardly budge on weekkly or monthly too.

then the ozzie dollars droped 30% percent verse the baht so in reality it jumped from under 8 dollars a night too 30 dollars a night and thats innlow season.

cambodia has too many casinos and loas is near double the price of thailand.

Why did you choose Patong? It is a particularly expensive area of Thailand. It is renowned for rip-offs. Elsewhere in normal Thailand, you can get a decent furnished room for a month for 3,500 Baht.

May I recommend Buri Ram or Sra Kaew provinces.

better them than the rude ass snobby singaporians i been dealin with with there racist snarls refusal to serve non asians and coughing in each others faces thai people are a dream compared.
