wanted: 1 bedr apt wanted (pattaya)

I am a white male from the usa. i am 64 yrs old and have been coming to thailand now for 18 yrs. I am looking for a 1 bedroom apt/condo that is located between beach rd and soi bakoaw, and from Pattaya tai to pattaya klang. I will arrive December 16th...will be in Patts by the 19th and will stay until March 25th. I do not smoke and am a social drinker. i do not party in my room. i am also very quiet and like the area to be quiet as possible. i am not looking for anything that is above a bar or in a noisy area. i will be arriving mid December and staying until the end of march. i require internet access in the apt...a secure place to park a motorbike, and A/C in apt.
