Hi I wonder what kind of visa i should have to be able to stay and work in thailand.

I have a workpermit. And the girl that made it for me said that I should have a non b visa. But I have children and I work a lot aboard as well so I scared im not here when i have to renew my non b, so i asked her if I could work on a non o based on children. But she told me that I could not do that. And what would it cost to do an non b vs non o? How should i do?

You can work and have work permit on both, non-b or non-o based on marriage or Thai child.

The disadvantage with the marriage extension is that for each one year extension you have to visit immigration at two specific times:

1. Any time within 30 days before expiration of your current permission to stay to submit your application.

2. Depending on the immigration office, 30 days after your application or 30 days after the expiration of your current extension to get the approval stamp.

I don't know if the above also applies for the parent extension.

With the employment extension, you have to visit immigration only once, within 30 days before expiration of your current extension.

The multiple-entry non-B visa would be ideal for your situation, but difficult to get outside of your home country.

Whether or not you can get a work permit with a Non-O based on having a Thai child is totally up to the LABOR OFFICE that you have to use. Most will allow it but there have been reports that a few won't. If the "girl that you used" works in the labor office then you might have a problem, if she is an outside service you should check with the labor office yourself.
