Passport and visa got expired almost same date , applied a new one since their isn't a embassy for the original country in Thailand had to apply in Malaysia , while applying and receiving a new passport took a while so the passport and visa got expired , got busy a lot and sick for a while (under treatment ) now overstay is more than one year , asylum seeker by UN is made already new passport is available brand new with nothing in it ,have a Thai baby girl holding Thai passport ,not registered wedding , what shall be done to stay here and get a visa etc. please need for 100% info and help

You will not be able to get a visa in Laos or Malaysia. As far as I know you will not be able to get a visa at any nearby embassy or consulate.
