I am going to Koh Chang on the first week of October and still haven't decided on hotel... Has anyone stayed at Ban Sansabay (White Sand Beach) or Penny's Bungalow (Hat Sai Mook)? I would really like to hear reviews about the said hotels.

Also, any comments on the beaches-- comparison between White Sand and Hat Sai Mook? I have stayed at White Sand Beach before about 3 years ago and liked it.
