webfact Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 Illegal Liquor Production Factories raided in East PattayaPATTAYA: -- On Wednesday, a joint operation involving the Thai Army, District Officers and Customs & Excise Officers took place in the Huay Yai area where 3 illegal Liquor production facilities were found and shut down.At each of the locations containers of fermenting white spirit mixed with herbs were found, which after 7 days will produce a popular Thai drink called “Yadong” which is normally around 40% proof.At the first location, a house owned by Khun Pailin aged 54, 2,280 Liters of the liquid were found and seized.
