CSD to press theft and forgery charges on Chuwong’s brokers

BANGKOK: -- The Crime Suppression Division (CSD) will impose two charges against at least two stock brokers after they have substantial evidence to prove they forged share transfer documents of the deceased construction billionaire Chuwong Sae Tang.

The two charges are forging official documents and theft.

They plan to impose theft charge because these suspects received the illegally transferred shares worth more than 300 million baht for their own benefit which was tantamount to steal property of others.

There are more than two persons who are Chuwong’s brokers who will face the charges, CSD officer said.

However their names will be upheld as the CSD police are to question a dozen more witnesses before seeking warrants for arrest from the court end of next week.

So far CSD have questioned more than 30 persons regarding the fishy share transfers.

Yes, the usual give the suspects plenty of advance warning to cover their tracks, intimidate witnesses, & leave the country.

What a nightmare for the family involved........I sincerely hope that judgement day will soon arrive, so they can start working on their mourning process!

Pol Lt Col Bunyin Tangphakorn will personally transport all those charged to the local police station.

Or at least part way there

I think Pol Bunyin will more or less drop them off anywhere when he's on his way to Loas.

Ridiculous, what about the caddy and her mother?? They already sold the shares and bought a house I remember reading. Disgusting that the family has had to keep the pressure on the cops to get even this far however. This case was wrapped up Thai style months ago. So its only right that the cops are tipping them off to do a runner hey

And what about the driver (Banyin Tangpakorn)?

It seems pretty obvious now that he is in this up to his neck.

It's not that obvious to the ones conducting the investigation, which oddly enough had similarities to the Koh Tao investigation(s)
