23 Thai youths competing at WorldSkills 2015 in Sao Paulo, Brazil

BANGKOK, 12 August 2015 (NNT) – 23 Thai youths are showing off their skills at the WorldSkills 2015 competition in Sao Paulo, Brazil where they are expected to win in several categories.

Department of Skill Development director-general M.L.Puntrik Smiti said on Tuesday that 23 youths from Thailand were competing in 21 categories of the skills competition. They are expected to win awards in several categories, especially in automatic milling, automatic lathe, welding technology, and mold design and assembly.

The biennial WorldSkills Competition is the world's biggest vocational education and skills event. During the competition, participants demonstrate both individual and collective technical abilities to perform specific tasks for which they have studied and are expected to perform in the future as part of their work. The event is ongoing and will conclude on August 16.

How about a followup on this, webfact, so we can see just how many awards they win?

To win, I would have sent a team qualified in Thailand's unbeatable categories:

Too bad there isn't a world corruption competition yet,- who knows...?

As mentioned if the bulk of the cost to send the MOST QUAlified students an furnish room , board, and a little spending money to look around, see a different outlook on life and living in Briael plus competing at a international level, I think its great. Now if those sent are the best of students avaliable, great again.

Next question, how many minders were sent on this excursion and the official position / title, how were they related to students involved and how are they to assist in evaluation of next years crop/choice of students and minders of same, who will follow this group?
