in fact chula withdrew his phd due to it. None the less he was still a minister of innovation during yingluck reign. and the person who reported his work being copied/plagiarised was threatened, his car was attacked with bricks, grenade attacks on his house

Thailands National Innovation Agency Director Supachai Lorlowhakarn was found guilty of criminal forgery on 8 August, just weeks after the council of Chulalongkorn University revoked his PhD in science because of plagiarism.
