GF47
I'm applying for a double entry Visa in person in Dallas TX and the form that I have lists the LA embassy address. Should that work? I would ask the honorary Thai consule but he's difficult to get a hold of.
ubonjoe
I would use this generic application form from the MFA instead of one from a consulate. http://www.mfa.go.th/main/contents/files/consular-services-20120410-205721-425417.pdf.
JDGRUEN
And the Honorary Consul General - or Assistant will give you one ... And would likely send you one as an email attachment in PDF format upon request.
Sheist
I sent him an email at his Ryan Law office with my number and purpose. He called back and I set an appt to meet at his office. Took very little time. He is getting on, so I would not be surprised to learn he is limiting his hours or even passing it on at some point. Several years ago. I would easily try him again before I attempted to try another consulate. Good luck.
