Apple Thailand English Website Gone.....

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Just wanted to share with you that Apple Thailand www.apple.co.th website will no longer be in English and that includes the store. It will only be in Thai. I received an email today from Apple Support.

Strange they would do this with the huge amount of expats living in Bangkok. Its a shame but if you want to complain (like I did) then please fill in the website feedback

Hello,

Yes, there is no longer an English-language Apple store in Thailand. However, there are still re-sellers who should be able to help you find the Apple products that you wish.

Please look at this webpage: https://locate.apple.com/th/en/sales/?pt=4&lat=13.7533753&lon=100.5003815

I've attached a screenshot of the page, too, for your information.

I hope that this helps.

Regards,

Bob

The actual Thai Apple store was located in Singapore and a right ruddy pain to deal with when something goes wrong. So, now you'll have even less of a chance. I don't think going to an authorized reseller is the greatest idea...since the clerks appear to be less than fully qualified.

I too found it strange that they would remove the english version of their site/store since expats usually buy apple products from the online store. Maybe, just maybe Thai authorised apple retailers/resellers complained to apple? Not making any sense...

This smells rotte...........oh, forget it.....

Just use Thai version , can still buy whatever you want.

For information use global site.

It's not such a biggy. I successfully ordered a Mac mini yesterday for a Friend and I asked my Wife to tell me what to chose from the drop down menu regarding the address. Like "Krung Thep", "Klong Toei" etc. The rest of your address you still can fill out in English letters.
