bes visa from 7 months Thailand and 4- 5 months UK?

Hello.

I dont know if you can help.

I am a UK National aged 45 and wish to live in Thailand about 7 months a year.

I.used to live in thailand a long time ago and wish to return but totally out of touch with the visa situation.

Can you please help?

Not sure if it is a tourist visa/ retirement visa or education visa with enrollment of Thai language course or some other tyoe of visa.

Looks to me like you only qualify for Tourist Visa.

A triple entry will give you almost 9 months with border runs and extensions.

You do not qualify for retirement

As suggested a tourist visa seems your best option.

Do not get an ED visa unless you are prepared to adhere strictly to the visas requirements for school attendance etc.
