Hiring restaurant manager for the new Greek restaurant in Bangkok

Greetings ,

Brand new Greek restaurant about to open in downtown Bangkok is looking to hire a restaurant manager.

Our location : prime Sukhumvit close to Prompong BTS station .

Seating capacity : approx 100 guests

Cuisine : Greek fine dining

Planning opening date : mid November 2015

We are looking to bring aboard restaurant manager :

Foreign or Thai national

At least two years of restaurant management experience in Thailand

Currently living in or ready to move to Bangkok

What we like our restaurant manager to be able to do :

· Recruiting, training and organizing waiting staff

• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.

• Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels

• Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events etc

• Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.

• Help planning and coordinating menus

• Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.

• Managing staff and providing them with feedback.

• Responding to customer complaints.

• Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.

• Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.

• Advising customers on menu and wine choice.

• Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff.
