I believe there are some more services available but had never a problem getting a ticket on the morning for the evening to be honest

haha take the vip bus thru nahkon chai air ( or something like that, its NCA #13 inside mochi to Khon Kaen) Awesome aircon, lots of food + blanket + drinks. Under 400 bahtz.
