A friend (who doesnt have the best english) forgot to report on September 1st thinking he had until October 1st

I'm not sure of the procedure for this and with the current situation I've suggested he speak to a visa company first. That said there's no real money for them in assisting on a 90 day missed report.

Anyone been through this or have 3rd party experience of?
