Brand new Seafood restaurant is looking for an experienced restaurant manager.

Must be able to speak English.

Thai nationals only.

Location : Ramkhamhaeng 53

Seating capacity : 50+ Guests

Cuisine : Seafood Restaurant

Planned opening date : mid October 2015


Responsibilities


• Recruiting, interviewing, training and organizing staff

• Taking responsibility of the restaurant.

• Coordinate with owners to improve restaurant perfomance

• Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events, birthday specials etc

• Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales

• Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during operation

• Managing staff and providing them with feedback

• Responding to customer complaints

• Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards

• Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations

• Organizing and supervising the kitchen and waiting staff

• Maintain relationship with food suppliers


Salary depending on experience, bonus will be award.
