one site i used to use in england was wwwallofmp3com, its based in russia apparently and it is very cheap. quite a lot of my friends have used it and no one has had any trouble with regards credit cards etc. i used it for nearly 3 years.

For a more extensive service try http://www.athenanews.com.

and astraweb, that allow you to get an an mount of gig for an unlimited period of time, as for 20€ you get 90gb, no time limit
