Wish to buy - Piglets, ducks, chickens and small fish

I do live in Chaiyaphum. My brother in law (thai) have been employed by the amphue here, and his job is to find amongst other; piglets, ducks, chickens and small fish.

Furthermore his job will be to distribute this amongst poor people... The amphue have given him a list covering a number of villages all around here, with poor people.... Just to give a hint of the size of it....He is looking to buy for starter 300 piglets,,,

I would be highly grateful if you guys could contact me one way or another, and maybe offer me information in where to find availible "goods",,, or if you have it yourselfs for sale....
