lampard10
on two of my computers, the printer just comes up with the queue sign. I left it on for 24 hours but it was still in a queue the next day. And it was the only doc waiting to be printed. Any ideas before I call the experts in? paulfr
I assume you did a cold restart ..... everything off and then turn on again and the problem persisted. There should be some software that came with the printer and it will have some diagnostic routine you can run. Also, it may just be that the cartridge(s) need to be changed if you have not done that in a while.

Maybe I'll try the relaxed approach....cheers.
