Address of Thai consulate Phuket and nearest hotel

Featured Replies

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help with the address of the Thai consulate in Phuket. Need to obtain passport for Thai GF. Also, can anyone assist with closet hotel(s).

Thanks

there is no Thai consulate in Phuket, consulates are outside of Thailand.

What you are looking for is the Government office

It only takes and hour or two to process the passport if all her papers are in order. Not much for hotels or services in the immediate area of the office. Might want to consider a hotel near your entry/exit point.

Closest hotels within a 5 min ride are Metropole, Royal Phuket City or Pearl.

Pearl has a nice massage. Royal has a nice gym and the Metropole a nice nightclub.

My experience with Phuket office 3 years ago, the passport was posted to the home address, received 2 days later. Best you check this...

Ok, thanks for all the advice. We rolled into Phuket on the bus. Bus station 2. We got on an open pink bus paid 30 thb each took us to the provincial hall. Spent 30 mins there and paid the $ and we were out of there. No blue book needed.

Hope this helps someone in the future
