Thousands of electric train commuters were stranded at subway stations this morning after a subway train broke down at Bang Sue station.

The incident happened at about 9.00 am Friday.

MRT mechanics used another train to tow the crippled train back to its depot for maintenance and restore the full train service half an hour later.

Police give assurance single gateway won’t breach freedoms

Marine tourism in southern Thailand opens

TRANG, 2 October 2015 (NNT) – Marine tourism is being promoted in the southern Thai coastal province of Trang.
The marine tourism currently opens at Chao Mai National Park and islands off Trang province.


Prateep Jongthong, the president of Trang Tourism Business Association, said tourists may view the famous Mook Island (Emerald Cave), Kradan Island, Cheuk Island and Waen Island, among other maritime attractions.

The Andaman Sea off the Trang shores is currently calm and inviting to tourist visits and snorkeling.

Vestas secures huge windmill order from Thailand

Iranian troops set to go to Syria – reports
