90 days Reporting Question.

Featured Replies

My 90 Days Reporting is due on 15 Nov. I will be flying out of Thailand on 12th Nov.

I will be returning back to Thailand on 18th Nov.

I have two questions to ask.

1. First question. Have I to do the 90 Days reporting before I fly out of Thailand ?

2. Second question. Is it necessary for me to do the 90 Days Reporting after I return on 18th Nov.

I understand that I have a 14 days window before and 7 days after. So it is necessary for me to

do that before or after. Because i will be leaving three days before my due date ?

Thank you all in advance. Much appreciated.

Nope no need to do the 90 day report because you will not be 90 days in Thailand.

You have to do the next 90 day report, 90 days after your return on the 18th Nov, which should be around Tuesday 16 February 2016

edit: Additional Info: Leaving the country BEFORE the 90 days report is due resets the clock, and the (90 day report) clock starts (again) the day you return to Thailand.

1. No You will leaving before your report of staying in the country for more than 90 days is due.

Your report will be due 90 days from the date you enter the country.

  1. No. You don't need to report if leaving the country before Nov 15th.

If you return on Nov 18th your 90 day report resets to day 1 so your next report would be Feb 15th 2016.
