ubonjoe Posted October 3, 2015 Share Posted October 3, 2015 I think you are married to a Thai. If correct you can apply for a 60 day extension to visit her. You can also apply for a one year extension of stay if you can prove 400k baht in a Thai bank for 2 months in your name only or an income of 40k baht.
