The council consists of 15 members, including Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha as its head, Defence Minister and Deputy Prime Minister General Prawit Wongsuwan as the deputy, and now Theerachai as the secretary general.Source: http://www.nationmultimedia.com/politics/5-changes-in-NCPO-reshuffle-30270205.html-- The Nation 2015-10-

MaxLee
"5 changes in NCPO reshuffle" Okay, okay, okay, I get it. 5 changes in NCPO reshuffled: - more of the same will be replaced by the next more of the same, only to follow the steps by the old "more of the same", who wil do "more of the same" from the former "more of the same" in hopes for different different results, by doing EXACTLY "more of the same" that their ancestors did. And the thing is, it will be just more of the same...
