None. They don't require financial information at that consulate if applying for a Non 'O' based on marriage.

Just be sure to have your ORIGINAL marriage certificates and copies of...Plus the other stuff..

No one knows if Savannakhet is still using Non-O that easily in 3-6 months, but I hope they still do

I bloody hope so, otherwise I will not be staying here. I applied last April and it was all good, hopefully no one F*%ks it up as this is the only way to get a Non-O without the money in the bank.
