I've built two houses from the ground up with contractors and had two major floor to ceiling renovations, as well as a dozen or so renovations without major demolition.

I know perfection and I know mediocrity. I've just completed a MAJOR renovation in the old city with a building contractor that tested the limits of my patience and sanity.
