I want to marry my girlfriend and want to make a Non O Marriage visa too

Now i am in Thailand with a Non B Employment visa

You cant have both visas time to choose - your maybe better staying on the B visa for now and keep the marriage one in your back pocket....btw a B visa isnt an employment/work visa a WP is the only thing that permits work/employment

I have a non b visa but only more 40 days(i got non b visa from home country), my employer cannot give a work permit, so i am trying to make a non o visa

so later i can find a work permit.

Also trying to find a job

one visa agent said, if married and have a child , everything is easy

but for me only have a girlfriend

still can i make a non o visa?

can i change my visa from non b to non o ?

I really think you need to read up on the rules..being married doesnt give you the right to work and doesnt make anything easier and to get an extension of stay being married you need a salary coming in or thb 400k in the bank

The visa agent is not telling you the truth...things are not easier as such

And if you are currently working for someone in Thailand without a WP you are doing so illegally you need to be careful

If you want to apply for an extension of stay based upon marriage you will need 400k baht in a Thai bank in your name only or proof of 40k baht income.

You could also get a multiple entry non-o visa based upon marriage in Savannakhet Laos with no financial proof.

You can get a work permit and work with a non-o visa or extension of stay based upon marriage. You can use the income from working by showing your work permit and tax payment receipts to prove the 40k income.
