You spoke of your lack of ability to inherit from your husband. What about a Thai will. I am under the impression, and am in fact relying to some degree, to a Thai's ability to will real property to a farang. As I understand the law, and PLEASE correct me if your 15 years here say otherwise, a Thai can pass real property to a farang in a will and the farang then has a "reasonable time" about six months, to transfer the property to a Thai or otherwise. That would include sale of the property.
