ok,,the situation is following.

until 2003 i was having a visa based on 3m investment , for one year from immigrationoffice.

in 2003 the goverment chnaged rule, you must put 3 m on govermentbank ( at this time ruile foreigner 0%), i denies and since this time i living on various visas ( 4x3 m from bkk,non-o,tousit now).

and ii am under 50 i have girlfriend 3 years and i am not willing to married.

after 2003, i not belived the new taxingoverment more, so i take out most investments in thailand.

and i am happy for this, and i am not willing to put back money in any account here ( the rules changed to many times, even forex rules changed yearly. i already had bad experience here, and funds in malaysia closed for foreign sellling in 2000-2003.

so here the question

is ist possible from embassy or immigration obtain a multple entray based on invetsment or any other under following conditions>>>>>>>>>>>

1. i held trough a custodybank in singapore, more than 10 million baht thaishares under the nonvotingright regulation ( NVDRs) registerd on my name trough NVDR ltd thai. even in case i could change them to foreign owned shares, where i have the right to indent more than 20 companymeetings ( i never done it before)

bankstatement could be brought to embassy or register papper trough nvdr limited

this are deffensiv investemnts with high yield in energy,insurance and hotels at most.

2. inside thailand i have property registerd on my name bough in 1999 with value at old prices ( orginal price 1999 from landdep. 1.800.000, todays value much higher)

3. bank AC inside thailand , depent on requierment but not more 2M

4. car

5. other bankstatements outside thailand if requierd ( for fixed income)

is ist possible on this base to get any visa!! I AM NOT WILLING TO SET UP NEW AC INISDE THAILAND, TO DO VERCHANGING RULES ( before one year visa, they quote you have it forever under this condition and some year later changed!!!! now they talk same to people on investmentvisa and next year they must bring the new requierments or not get extencion, liste to somebody have longterm experience in thailand)

my TR visa is valied until about 05/2007 but i want to know before can or not, because i have to plan my life..................................

and i am very very upset now....,,,any spending is on ice now

is there a way on this conditions at for example singapore embassy??? can i get a date with the cnsul there, i am in november for buissenes in singapore...............????????

SOMEBOLDY ELSE HAVE A MIND ON THIS ISSUE

Fully agree with Lopburi. As things stands now, new investment visas are not issued(which you are not interested in anyway as investment required to be IN Thailand; cash, condo or gov. bonds).

So the 1.8M Baht property (purchase price) and stocks (whatever type) are not accepted as grounds for ANY visa right now. Even IF your condo was 3M Baht + bought from developer it will not help as no new investment visas issued.

But you COULD "invest" 1M Baht in a Thai Elite card...
