Bangkok to “Mae Pim resort”, bus ?

Featured Replies

Have heard about small buses that go from Victory Monument.

But there is no map of where to find the right bus?

Does anybody know if there is a bus to Mae Phim?

If so, how do I find the right bus?

Its daft easy to find a bus by simply asking-at the busstation. or as farang looking confused. OR-for the farang who need to know everything beforehand-to read a guidebook.

Also it would have been quite helpful if you had given some more details-you cannot expect anyone to know each and any of Th's 12345+ resorts and capes.

As it turns out, this is a cape east of Rayong/and the coastal small port of Ban Phae. Both DO have buses from BKK-Ry big+small=mini+VIP/1st cl. AFAIK BP now only vans. Big bus from the Mochit and Ekamai, vans from somewhere around Vic Mont. BP is the port for ferries to Samet island.

As a next rule of fist; local buses do not really exist, they come as songhthaew=open air pickups (agian read that guidebook), and will link with the main province town=Rayong, schools/hospitals/market. Untill dusk, much more frequent mornings as afternoons. IF you are the discerning farang, get a taxi.

But IF its really a resort-then surely their site will have some details?
