Jiff or Ajax cream cleanser

Featured Replies

If anyone can help, went to Big C yesterday for our first live in Pattaya shop and couldn't find something like Jiff or Ajax cream cleanser for getting off harder grime in kitchen bathroom etc. Do you know if I can buy here or is there a Thai similar product.

Thanks all

99% sure that I have seen Ajax at Hardware House.

Likewise I have looked for any cream cleansers here in LOS for the past year without success wink.png best I came up with was Vim powder using it on a damp dish cloth............not the same but much better than the liquid cleaners they stock everywhere here thumbsup.gif

No I havent seen Jiff or Ajax cream here. I have looked I think everywhere over the last 5 years!! I just bring a few back with me whenever I go away!

Same here in Chiang Mai, have been looking for it to give the sink a good scrub. Nowhere to be found.

True value (Sukhumvit road, opposite Tesco) had Jif cream last time I was there (labelled Cif).

Take out a bankloan before you go.

Ok thanks everyone I will try hardware house or bring back from oz. Liquid just doesn't do the trick. More elbow grease.

Vim should be ok, if you remember where?

Tesco Lotus....................I think LOL thumbsup.gif

Slightly off topic, what about Spray n Wipe? Looked in big c and the only spray kitchen clean I could see was corrosive stuff. I just want a spray to help kill bacteria/disinfect.

Boonthavorn have a good selection of products called HV

Their bathroom cleaner is the only product I have found which totally cleans the grout between the tile......just spray it on, leave it for a couple of hours and wash it off

The liquid for unblocking drains works well also

For scale around the wc and basins generally needs a determined effort with a stanley knife blade

If you think you need to take out a bank loan for that, go and buy some furniture polish spray or multi-surface spray. Bring your own chaps.

Update

Jif Cream Cleanser is available in Villa Market on second rd................................159 baht facepalm.gif

By the same token, what about bleach ?......... like Domestos.

For some reason the local laundry bleach seems to be the cheap stuff

Ajax bought here (Powder) and when used yeah it burns your skin but good cleaning agent also, purchased either big C or Tesco.

Ajax is highly overrated, just buy the local brands. Why pay more for import anway ?

Thanks seabear,

Got a bottle of jif at villa a couple of days ago for thb157.

Great forum for help like this.

Save yourself a bucket of money and just use Baking Soda with a bit of water. I have used this for years. coffee1.gif

Guy's big help thank you.

Ajax OR Jif is the best for stainless steel cleaner no wonder most sinks look disgusting

Spray MrMuscle over the area you want to clean, leave 10 minutes and start with one of those metal scrubber pads.
