mellow1
My son went to the USA. for a vacation. He has a Thai passport and a USA passport ( dual nationality ). Upon leaving they stamped his Thai passport, but upon re-entry Thai Immigration did not stamp it. Is this normal? Or does he need to get it stamped? samran
if he went through a booth with an immigration officer, then yes. If he went through the automatic gates, then there will be no stamp. Ask him if he went through the automatic gates. If so, no worries. If not, go back to the airport with the boarding pass and ask for it to be fixed. Make sure he didn't accidently get stamped into his US passport.
mellow1
Thank you for your reply. My son said there was an immigration officer when he went through. This was more then a year ago though. It was noticed when they did a home visit about a week ago. They said they can do it at Kap Chong.
