Your email provider is using automatic filter techniques to detect and remove received emails that resemble undesired/uninitiated business correspondence, irrelevant or inappropriate messages or other message sent indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the Internet.

ThaiVisa has no control over this.

Suggest you take a look at your email application (or webmail interface) and see if there are any options to mark the email "Not SPAM", so the email provider filter doesn't redirect it to the SPAM folder in the future.

I also stopped to receive the newsletter since a couple of weeks (it's even not in my Spam folder).

There are things that Thaivisa can do (if they didn't already do it) to prevent this kind of situation :

- SPF settings in the server

- DKIM signature in each email
