Forgive the ignorance, but I am not sure as to which address goes first on this form. ther are two sections for an address. Does the owner of the condo address go on top or below on this form. Any help will be appreciated. thanks

As far as I can tell looking at the tm 30 form. the top part is the address of the person making the notification ( owner,house master or manager or possessor )of the building ) and the bottom part is for the address where the foreigners reside.

exemple: the owner of the house I stay at the moment, fill his address on top and the address of the house I live in at the bottom part of the form.
