northernjohn
Per day, week or month? Per month You do realize that you will have to pay the utilities. They can range from just under 4 baht a unit to I saw a place the other day for 10 baht a unit.
bangmai
All lower budget roads lead to PP Condo....electric is 6 THB if you have to pay management. It's not a very good walker's location, but they have the trash picked up, and it is orderly. Apparently, there are some student type rentals in the Maejoe U. area for under 2000. Why pay cheap rent, if you are going to give it all back in transport costs...You also might want to look around the western half of the Old City, for a no frills type of place. MaeJoMTB
plenty of places in Santhitham for this price. Try the road leading from NakornPing Apartments to Santhitham Road. Shower, balcony, view of Wat Doi Suthep, starting at 3,500bht/month. This place in Treparit road is pretty decent, rooms 3,500bht/month. Right in the middle of the student area of town.
