Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) Jomtien has moved to another location

Does anybody know where the PEA office in Jomtien is? It always was on soi chayapruk 2, about 200 meters on the left side (from sukhumvit).

I did go there yesterday (3-11-2015) and it is not there anymore.

Does somebody know where it is now?

On the road to Huay Yai - from Na Jomtien traffic lights about 3 kms past the railway track. The road is terrible and another poster reports there is an office in Big C Extra next to the food court.

They are concreting the road last time I went 1 side was done and the other side was like a bomb site hopefully they will actually finish both sides.

The road is mostly finished on both sides now.
