My son got a new passport and I need to transfer his study visa across to his new passport (He is studying at an International School).

I have three questions

1. Where do I do this is Chiang Mai (Immigration office at Promenada Mall or Airport )?

2. What items do I need to photocopy and bring to attach to the application form to transfer visa to new passport?

3. What Form do I fill out?

Visas are not transferred. Only an extension of stay can be transferred. They will only do a stamp with info about the visa used to get the permit to stay that has been extended.

You will need copy of new passports photo page. You will need a copy of every page in the old passport that has anything to do with an entry and/or extension of stay for here.
