Nov 15th, I went to several Bangkok Bank ATMs in Pattaya, more specifically on the dark side, and NONE of them were functional. Is this wide spread, or local?

I used 3 times this morning at about 0930 here in Bangkok without issues.

I tried to use ATM's at both SCB and BB on Khao Noi this morning, around 10am, but none were working.

Went over the road and used a BB ATM machine outside the small Tesco Lotus - that worked OK.
